KFC Diepkloof square Bad service

We placed an order of food at KFC diepkloof square The lady called us and said she wanted to verify our order since its after 8 and the get ******, which we understood and the driver was on the way . A couple of minutes after the driver called for directions since he was getting lost . He ran out of airtime and w had to call him back to direct him with our own airtime , while on the call he received a call from the shop people were he explained he was talking to us they tried calling us but we were on the like with the driver , we directed the driver until we ran out of airtime and at that moment we are standing out side in the cold .so we try to get airtime to call the driver again since we seem him getting lost again but not even calling us ...we try to call and his phone is off ...we call the 011749 number the lady answers rudely why ain't you answering the phone....my lord really and we explain we were talking to the driver how can we answer but in an angry tone..the lady drops the call on our ear and we we try to call again no answer

These people cost us airtime n our time
