KFC didn't deliver my order 6 March 2022

I ordered an online purchase on the KFC app, I chose delivery of the order.

I was sent sms that it's on its way and it has arrived.

I never had a phone call form the delivery person, I was looking around the building for the person he was no where to be found.

I got a message saying it has been delivered. But I didn't recieve my order. Just a eye opener, I would rather go buy it myself.

KFC customer care support team has not refunded me yet. Poor service. The customer is always right.
