KFC didnt cook properly

KFC Lynnwood ridge I bought 16 zinger wings but it wanst cooked well and not fresh. some are seemed cooked yesterday. Probably chicken wanst defrosted properly. I exprienced the same thing from many KFC shops so I couldnt eat it. Pls KFC company need to teach workers.
