KFC did not deliver my order.

I ordered KFC online. at KFC EPSON and few minute later I got a message saying my KFC was delivered and I did not get it. I requested my KFC to be delivered at the door. All that time my door is wide open and I sitting next to the front door because my workspace is by the door. I did not receive my order and KFC says there is not nothing they can do. I called the store they gave me a cold shoulder and I called KFC customer care and they told me that they can't do anything, they will just investigate. My R212.18 is gone. Terrible
