KFC DID NOT DELIVDER MY ONLINE ORDER BUT I GOT TEXT SAYING DELIVERED

On the 10th of April 2024, i downloaded KFC App and ordered a meal there . Money was debited from my account and the store accepted my order . I ordered at Park Central KFC . The app showed when the driver fetched the order the time it will be delivered. 2mnts away i went down to wait for my order and after 5 mnts got a text that said my order was delivered. I called the head office and was told that my refund would be done in 7 to 14 days. The consultant could not locate my order nor the driver . Why does KFC entrust drivers without any information or any way to trak them . My husband decided to go to the store which is already time consuming . The reason why i ordered online , no 1 wanted to go the shop. This is terrible service . The order was registered under *** Themba Nyathi
