KFC did me dirty.

I placed an order on the Uber eats app, at first when the order was about to arrive, they cancelled my order. I ordered again and they processed the order and apparently "delivered" my order. When the driver delivered my food, he was supposed to ask for the code in order to ensure that it was me who delivered but they did not. I did not receive my food.
