KFC despatch worst service ever

Worst experience ever, we placed our order online at 19:08 it's now 20:58 our food hasn't arrived yet. An hour ago we were told the driver is on his way. We even called customer care because we couldn't get through to the shop and spoke to a guy named Lebo and told him we just want our money back
