KFC Despatch - Worst FKC experience ever!!!!!

The worst experience ever at a KFC. Waited over 35 minutes for my food and then I waited another 10min because they forgot about the wings. Lady was sleeping at the front to take temperate and sanitizer. Had tried to wake her up before, no response , only when at counter she realized there is someone. After the order is completed they inform me they do not have sauce for the burgers.

This is only one of the problems.
