KFC Despatch

In a space of a month i have not been very satisfied with KFC Despatch and the quality of their food working from home with back to back meeting and needing to feed ppl KFC has been my quick option on busy days. Going to the shop personally has been a good experience BUT when ordering VIA Mr D they just pack the worst food. I complained twice on their survey and received a call from the call centre but not the actual outlet at promised and then my complaints were closed. Today 15 Mar 2025 my order was no better. Cold and to my surprise Fly eggs in one of the pieces. Despatch KFC needs to really do better, it’s a lot of money that i have been throwing away. 19 March was a cold stale burger, i could not serve it. No follow up on that complaint too.
