KFC DENYLN SHOCKING (NO) SERVICE

Just started working in Pretoria yesterday the 5th, today my business partner decided to drive me around all over pretoria east, then got hungry before went back to the office and decided to stop by Denlyn kfc in Mamelodi. Went to drive thru, first, there was no one to take our order, we proceeded driving to the collection as there was no note or something to tell us what to do. When got to the collection we waited for about 5+minutes with no one coming to assist. Then a guy (Koos) as per his name tag, came and asked (without even creating us) where is order? We told him there was no one to take order hence we moved here...Then he goes :WE DO NO SWAP here!!!! I guess because he saw the bank card on my hands....WOW absolutely shocking shocking shocking!!! And as we were leaving KOOS even had moment of fun saying : "bye bye"...wow not want to a ****** ( I am black by the way) but u don't get that where whites are mixed, I guess that's y many black people and business suffer...judging people by looks, what are they driving, what brand are they wearing...rather starve to death will never go back to KFC DENLYN I work damn hard for my money and I feel sorry for people like KOOS he will get stuck in life if not changing his behaviour/ attitude towards facing business & people. SHOCKING SERVICE
