KFC denies My Food Request at Drive through

I drove 65km today after a long day, hungry as can be. I decided to stop at my favourite take out place, KFC. Now normally I request a classic twister with a zinger fillet instead of the normal fillet. So I got to KFC at Hazeldean where I had an interview for the afternoon. So they denied my request on a zinger fillet. so when i asked for the manager, they brought me the supervisor, Ikaneng Sikeli, who also denied my order. I asked for the manager again.. And conveniently enough they cannot get the manager on the line. I showed both ladies my till slip of 2 previous twisters I bought in February 2018 in Centurion. Ikaneng refused to assist me with my order, did not even want to add on extra money for me to have my meal as per how I enjoy it. It's great to know that with all the **** I already deal with KFC, that they will still turn away clients. And thanks to your lovely staff. I haven't eaten anything since the morning, until 19:30 in the evening.
