KFC delivery **** ups

Their website is horrible, I tried to order twice and the money was taken off my account yet the order failed. When I called and spoke to their rude and not compassionate consultant Karabo who cut the call on me.

Can they please refund me and delete my profile with them as I will no longer need your services. Very pathetic
