KFC DELIVERY TIME & NO REIMBUR*****T

KFC services are pathetic to say the least. The past three weeks we have been ordering food and their delivery time is disgusting and they get the order wrong. Today I had placed an order at 11:30 or 11:40. The call centre had then proceeded to say that it would take 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to me, that alone was shocking enough but still I confirmed the order. Bare in mind I am based in Westmead and there are branches in the surrounding area which does and will not take 1 hour and 20 minutes getting to me. 1 hour 45 minutes the order was still not delivered. I phoned the call centre, they said something was wrong with the outlet that they placed the order with however they will contact me. I tried to phone the outlet as well and they kept on answering and cutting the call. Still no one called me back. Eventually it went onto 2 hours and still no food, called back and still they had the same pathetic excuse, that there is a problem but my food is 5 minutes away. I was also stressing as I had placed a colleagues order with my own and she is diabetic. 3 hours into waiting I had finally received my food and I was in no mood to pay. I had called the call centre and the branch, however it took another half an hour to call me back and the driver was getting upset saying he had other customers to deliver too and that he was leaving. I then proceeded to use my own airtime to call the call centre and they said again they'll call me back. Eventually the manager of the branch called me. My blood was then boiling as i had not eaten. I had missed my break and it was close to home time. I told the manager I refuse to pay, however he told me to pay and that he would send food back with the driver in 15 minutes. Nothing was delivered. Honestly KFC has no sense of urgency and will say whatever they have to say to get payment. I don't think I will ever order from KFC again. If anyone wants food from KFC they should rather go into the store, place the order, wait and check if the order is wrong!
