KFC delivery sucks

I placed an order from the KFC app yesterday at 19:00 I phoned the customer care about 6 times there after the 1st consultant told me my order is on the way all the others put me on hold till my call dropped the last consultant apologize as the KFC was closed already as it was 21:45 and offered me a refund. I have used the KFC app numerous times all for collect and never had a problem before so when I saw KFC delivery I was excited and used their delivery instead of uber eats (worse mistake) I never got food last night so my family did not eat last night. I am extremely disappointed in KFC.
