KFC delivery service for Tongaat

Hi, so today I decided for the first time to order KFC via their delivery service. Little did I know that this service really isn't reliable for the Tongaat branch. At approximately 18:00 today I called the KFC delivery service to place an order, I was told by the agent on the other line that my delivery time would be between 45-50 minutes, which I was okay with and didn't mind the delivery charge included. So time went by and at 19:30 I called the delivery service to enquire about my order, the agent told me to hold as she had to call the branch to check the status of the order, according to the delivery manager at the store the driver had left already with my order. At approximately 20:00 my order still had no arrived so I again called the delivery service and they put me through to the branch, where I spoke to the delivery manager and she had told be that my order was on it's way. So I waited, and at approximately 20:15 I called again and had been put through to the delivery manager at the branch and she had enquired with someone regarding my order, she then cut the call without saying anything. So I called the call centre again and asked if they could get me the name of the manager at the store or get them to call me back. I did receive a call from the store manager, whose name was Slie, a few minutes later and was surprised by her attitude and the way she spoke to me, she was arrogant and didn't care that I had waited almost 2 and half hours for my order which at that point still didn't arrived. I then proceeded to cancel the order as it was too late for me to have my meal after waiting such a long time. I would definitely not be ordering KFC from the Tongaat store ever again, be it via delivery or even at the store itself.
