KFC Delivery Service

KFC SA Online delivery service is the absolute worst! Placed my order, transaction goes through then few seconds later I receive a notification from the app to say they're unable to process my order there they will do a reverse transaction. I'm still waiting to be refunded for the food I never received! First incident was when I placed an order, waited an hour for delivery until I called the store only to be told that my food is awaiting a driver which was nowhere to be found so I should maybe make a plan to come collect it. I was on the phone with two different agents who were not helpful at all. I eventually got there and none of those agents were available to assist me, after all that I waited for food to be prepared again. Few days later I received a call from their customer care, with a pathetic apology and a R50 voucher to say "sorry". I regret downloading this app, KFC's customer service is appalling to say the least.
