KFC Delivery not delivering orders

Why does KFC hv a delivery app that cannot track its drivers? Last week I ordered KFC from the KFC App and the money was debited from account but the order never came. I called the customer care and there was no specific reason from the consultant, however, got a refund voucher. Today same thing , I placed an order and I got the text that my order was collected and delivered, still did not receive the order. I called again spoketo the consultant who said to him it doesn't that the order was collected. This is just day light robery, and the level of trust has dropped. I am so disappointed
