KFC Delivery it's a hell of a mess with their delivery drivers.

Refiloe***3 Am receiving the message again that driver has arrived I don't see the driver. I can't even track the driver because your online is not working. He is not even calling me to check with, exactly what kind of this service is this people with this driver's issue is really getting out of hand and I have been patient with this but now is not on really.

And this is happening repeatedly and been reporting but still am not getting feedback how they have escalated and what is the way forward not even a call after the driver came back with the order. Thet so very *********** with their drivers.
