KFC delivery is the biggest disappointment of all time

I had placed an order with KFC in Menlo Park. (Not Menlyn Mall). The order was placed at 13:30 pm. The man taking the order was distracted, as he said my number incorrectly twice. On the third try he said it correctly. Yet now it is 15: 12 and my order still has not arrived. They told me they had asked security but the security confirmed they did not even have a name so that they may help. Not only did I not receive lunch, but I was **** to.
