KFC Delivery is A Joke

I became the butt end of a joke at KFC Delivery Durban today.

I placed an order at 16:36 today (19/12/2018). I was told the order will take at most an hour.

I called thrice; 18:08, 19:42 and 19:45 to follow and was told my order is on its way. I understood that it’s a busy night.

It’s 21:18 and no delivery was made. I called, and now no one is answering. They can see who calls.

The one phone assistant remembers me from a last order that was messed up. I give people a chance to explain, but to treat a customer with this kind of disrespect is unacceptable.

Disgusting to say the least. Good bye KFC, there are better and healthier options than a company who teaches their employees that it’s okay to treat customers like you are doing them a favour. Don’t be fooled to think you can’t be toppled by someone else who will succeed where you failed.
