KFC Delivery food not as good as when you in store

My hubby and i often order KFC month end or whenever we feel the need, but the last 3 occassions delivery of food has not been good. Yesterday, we went to the Bluff centre and bought KFC for lunch and ate in the store, the meal was fresh and tasty. Tonight we decided to order as its just 2 of us at home. Well, firstly, the chips were cold and drab and only half a box (as opposed to when you in store) my hubby's famous bowl that he loves was not tasting good, he said it looked like the food was just thrown together and tasted old. The only good thing about the meal was my burger which was fresh, the rest we are not happy about. We didnt complain before because when you are hungry one just eats what one gets, but we normally order a family meal with 3 side orders and the last occasssions the chicken came cold and looked like we were given the last bits that get thrown away, but we ate it cos of our hunger. This time i will not keep quiet because it seems as though KFC will just continue to treat us in this manner if we keep quiet, no wonder KFC is in the headlines these days, we will not be ordering again!
