KFC DELIVERY

I reside in Escombe, Queensburgh, Durban and KFC Malvern is 5 minutes (2.9km) from my home and they don't deliver to my area. This is absolutely unacceptable because they are delivering to other areas which is about 15kms from the franchise. May i kindly know from KFC as to why they do not deliver to my location.
