KFC delivery but no delivery

Placed an online order and payment was made. Delivery promised in 30 mins. A few mins before delivery time I received an sms saying order could not be delivered. I called the number and they said the driver can't deliver due to rain. There was not a single drop of rain in the area. My order was not delivered even though I paid for it. I logged a complaint on Friday to date no resolution. I would like my refund please.
