KFC delivery app disappoints.

The KFC delivery app is nonsensical or the service, never got my deliveries twice in a row Which first time was fine got my refund within an hour of having them cancel my order 2 and half hours later after a long wait. Second time same thing happened now the things I haven't received my refund they sent me proof.of reversal after waiting the 14 days period. And now I have to contact my bank to ask what the hold or where my money is..... now the bank called me yesterday and said they haven't received anything and I should contact the service provider. This is all a month later please note!!!

This is ridiculous I even went to a point of deleting the app because wow.

My advice....... Need quick meal?, fix yourself peanut butter and jelly sandwich DO NOT USE KFC delivery app. Save yourself the disappointment.
