Kfc delivery

On the 24th of December 2023 I placed an order on the KFC delivery app. After waiting for close to 3 hours they sent me a text saying that they will cancel the order and a refund will be processed. Firstly, they never provided an update on my order despite my numerous attempts to contact the delivery team and the driver. To make matters worse, they cancelled my order without any explanation. It is now February and the refund has not been processed, even after making a follow up.
