Kfc deliveries...not worth the trouble

I've ordered food from KFC this year on more than one occasion On at least two of those occasions I never received the food The customer service is also not always very helpful The first time they sent me a coupon code that didn't work When I phoned customer service about it the service agent put the phone down in my ear After phoning various times, I eventually got the food for free

There was another incident but I can't remember exactly what happened

Today I ordered food again The app shows the food was delivered The store said the food went out I NEVER received the food I phoned customer care who was very helpful and said they would send me a coupon code within 15 min That was 2 hours ago I'm never ordering deliveries from KFC again I'll rather go pick it up That's IF I buy from KFC again How can one have so many problems with one company in the span of four months? And it's not like I buy KFC every day
