KFC DELAREYVILLE POOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

KFC DELAREYVILLE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! My experience tonight was very unpleasant today. I do understand that we have rules and regulations regarding the pandemic that we're facing. The KFC closes at 8 o clock and by 7:30 i was in the Drive thru Queue bare to mind i was the last car in the line. When approaching the ordering window at 20:02 the person who assisted the car before me noticed i was the last car but she decided to close the window once the car infront of me was done. The receiving window was still open so i climbed out to ask what is happening and the guy asked me if there is no one to assist me and requested the people if they could assist me because i have been in the queue since 7:30 but the simply refused and kept on ignoring me just showing the number 8 on their fingers without letting me know properly , KFC DELAREYVILLE staff members are so lazy that they don't even go observe the Drive Thru to let us as customers know which car will be assisted last because if i knew the window would be shut i would'nt have waited in slow Drive Thru full of *********** staff and rather spent my 30 minutes to at least find food at another place.
