Kfc De*****ing customers at Phillip Nell park

Kfc Phillip Nell Park ,is continuing giving out wrong orders,I' went at the drive through,asked for 2 large mash and gravy s ,I received 2 mediums ,I'm not allowed to check my order at the window,I have to park in the parking check my order ,come stand in the qué and whenever assisted get the order fixed ,problem is they don't have large mash and gravy containers,so I'm charged for 2large ,but received medium,I'm not corrected at the order or pay window nor at the receiving window, so o what **** is KFC Phillip Nell park running ,this as has happened more than once,its always a problem.it does not even help talking to the manager .I've reported this matter already previously .
