KFC deducted my money twice and refusing a refund
Good day <br> <br> I went to buy food via drive at KFC Strubensvalley on Friday and Zanele swiped my card twice and today on Saturday I went to asked them a refund as I got 2 sms that they debuted twice since my card was swiped twice. However Nokuthula and Susan refused to refund me my money even though I showed them proof that it was debited twice they said I must go back and get a bank statement that will cost me money and time. They even gave me attitude saying I can go ahead and call head office I am not getting my refund
