KFC Deducted my money and cancelled my order-NO REFUND!

I placed an online order on the 29th of December to be delivered from KFC Randburg. The order was immediately cancelled before I could get an order number or a confirmation sms but the money was deducted from my account. I have email customer care about this but I have not been refunded to date, a whole month later! And it doesn't seem like I will be getting my money back any time soon since my emails are not being responded to when I follow up!
