KFC debit orders but no order accepted

I placed an order using the KFC app on Sunday 23/10/2022. After selecting the check out feature an error occurred during the making payment process. This prompted me to try again, l tried thrice and all 3 times the error occurred. I then decided to order from Mr. Delivery instead but then later all 3 payments from your KFC app went through, but no order was accepted as the items were still in my cart.
