KFC De Aar what the hell

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">We went to kfc in De Aar on 30 July 2016, from the order till we received our food we waited 55 minutes. Worst of all is when we got to the receiving window the asked for our slip came back told us we need to wait 15 minutes, 25 minutes later they gave us the wrong food and asked for our slip again we had to wait another 20 minutes. How does kfc allow this. As we sit in our car we see people in the shop ordering and getting food and leaving about 8 orders why do the drive thru takes so long??</span></p>
