KFC - **************** !!

KFC online ordering and delivery service sucks... I ordered food on the 4th February 2022 at 18h45 , by 19h30 no delivery was made when I had to phone the call centre at least a dozen times as well as the store with no feedback eventually after 9pm I gave up and asked the call centre to refund my money , 2 months later still no food and no refund. KFC you lost a very valuable customer , actually you lost a few customers all those in my FAMILY. I guess I will have to write my money off to bad debts !!!!!
