Yesterday ordered food online to collect at birchleigh south, I ordered 3 different meals . 1 of them was all star box buddy. Send some1 to go collect the order . When I opened I found 3 nuggets instead of 3 wings , snack burger ,instead of crunch burger , 1 wing & I requested side breast . I was told branch said they don’t have meat & what is on online menu , they don’t have it in store menu. Now that is utter nonsense . I didn’t eat that meal & am definitely returning it . COVID or not . I cannot pay that amount & be disrespected like that . On top of that R8 was added for “hope”. I need my R8 back it is not mandatory to donate. Your cashier said it is for ur store, to balance . Store manager pls do your Job. DO NOT ROB CuSTOMERS.
