KFC Day Light ******* on food!!!!!

<p>so i have loved KFC since i was a child and i buy it all the time, sometimes for myself and most of the time for my family, we have never had a problem with the KFC at the chatsworth and verulam branches however this is like the 3rd or 4th time that i have had a problem with the food at the KFC in umhlanga, many would think that this is a classy area and your expectations are met but with KFC it isnt the case and after enduring the horrible food each time i buy and hope for it to get better it just gets worse so i thought of letting everyone know so that they do not experience the same horrible experience. i got served at KFC umhlanga at 10:21am this morning, i ordered a streetwise 2 and mash and gravy for myself , when i got back to work i find that the chicken pieces are a small tiny breast piece the size of a wing and a drumstick, both pieces was still red inside and not cooked properly and to top it of the drumstick had thick pieces of hair both on the batter skin and on the original skin, it was really disgusting and a huge put of, i then went on to atleast try and enjoy the chips and mash and gravy, the chips was hard and stale as if it was last weeks chips. really guys im sure no one will enjoy eating this type of food why give it to your customers? at the end of the day its us loyal customers who keeps your business running but if you are going to make us unhappy what will become of the business??? </p>
