KFC Dawn Park

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from dawn park KFC on the 17th of February 2024, I would like to express my un-satisfaction with the treatment received from the branch. I waited for approximately an hour at the drive-tru for my order which was incomplete (please see slip attached). The store didn’t have coke/stoney zero i was not given an alternative, the chicken tasted like it was prepared the previous day and was over seasoned. The staff from dawn park is *********** and this the 3rd time getting poor service.
