KFC Danville poor management and staff

I’m very unhappy with the level of service received from KFC Danville Pretoria, from the staff that had to take my order to the manager who were all ***********. The staff lady looked at me for 10 min without service but serviced the person behind me when I went to the collection window the server laughed when I requested a manager and the manager did not bother themselves to be professional enough to understand my issue but stood up for their employees. It’s quite pathetic and redundant of such behaviour.
