KFC DANVILLE IS DISGUSTING IN SERVICE

I bought KFC meal in Danville, Pretoria, just to be surprised to get my order incomplete. I wrote an email and also on Twitter, but to my surprise, nothing came out of it, instead I was told on Twitter response to await a call. It's been two weeks since... Are they really committed to customer service?
