KFC Dalview lack of service!

KFC Dalview is shocking.One would think new store and newly trained staff will be on the ball, all but make one wait 20 minutes in a drive thru, and best off all get the order wrong all 3 of them, not once sorry for the wait nothing just dump the bag into my hand whilst the alarms are screaming due to all the other orders running late and off we go ****py service, poorly trained staff and no manager in sight!Bad for business KFC they will not see me again I will much rather drive to Burger King or the store in town where we receive the service for your over priced chicken anyway.You should rather split that R2 donation 50/50 and use the R1 for staff training honestly as your reputation will get hurt at that store!
