KFC Dalview Brakpan Terrible Service

Went through the drive thru and was asked to move to the parking lot as they had to make 2 pieces of chicken that will take 8 min according to them. I then after waiting for 28 minutes proceeded to go in the store and ask them can someone please help me, the lady then said sorry she forgot to bring my food as it was ready 5 minutes back

This is very bad service, have to wait that long in the middle of the day and then she has the decency to tell me she forgot about my order after almost 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot just so the timer in the drive thru stops and it looks like the are doing there job
