Kfc Dalview - Bad service

Guys, what a terrible experience at the dalview kfc. so on Thursday last week we ordered food and paid with card, first slip that returned showed "reversed". 5 days later and the "reversal" did not return, we went back om Tuesday and explained the situation, the manager on duty assured me that I needed to wait 2 more days and either I would have the money's or we would address the situation, well today is 2 days later and NOTHING!! the best part is, while waiting they used the same faulty machine for a young gentleman and he too received a "reversed" slip, so here I am wondering how many people they catch like that. The manager that was on duty tonight now explained that I need to email my bank statements to their head office, which I'm happy to do if this was explained to me 2 days ago??? so my family is not well off and really we can only afford one spoil a week so R335.00 to us is a lot of money. Yet to KFC who now has had my money for 5 working days and nothing in return feel that I have the time to run around just to prove that I indeed did not receive the reversal (even with presenting them a copy of the mail from the bank). How many customers have they done this too and how many has actually gone through the grueling process of proving that they never got the reversal back.

I'm usually not a "karen" but joh I've given them 5 days and two visits back to them to state my case and I am no where near getting what is rightfully mine.

not to mention their overall bad service, we are new to the area, one of our friends mentioned not to buy there and to rather go to the kfc at carnival mall as the one in dalview very rarely have all the items that they advertise on the menu, as it was in this case, we changed our order about 3 times to items they did have rather to what we wanted. but even with that we where happy just to pay and be on our merry way.

I just want what is due to us, nothing more and nothing less, it saddens me to think that they know there is an issue with that particular machine and they still use it conveniently. but hey thats just me.
