KFC DALVIEW,

Went to KFC Dalview, ordered a large pops. Ot was basically empty. I called the lady back and said please could you make this worth R47. She pulled her shoulders back and said it's procedure. Now it's not procedure cause then this will happen at all KFC's. Now here is my problem everytime a new manager takes over they try and safe costs. I'm not the customer that's gonna safe you anything. I would just like to get what I actually pay for.
