KFC Dakview Brakpan not to be trusted with card machine

On sunday 04-12-2022 round about 9h00 i made a purchase instore for R199.80 at KFC Dalview Brakpan. It was for snacks for the road back to the Northen Cape. I was told to enter my pin for second time as the transaction did not go through due to bad signal caused by load shedding. I did so and then was asked to redo it again for a third time which i didn't as i went to get cash in the car from my husband and went back in and paid. My husband then came inside the store showing me and the staff that the transaction was approved both times. We were told that we couldn't get a refund untill monday as they would have to check the slips at the end of closing. My husband asked for the cash back that i paid, as he was totally dumb found that i actually paid 3 times for the same order. We did get the cash back and did not take the food. We called capitec but they would not assist without a declined slip which there werent. We send the sms from the transactions via whatsapp to the mananger named Tshepiso. Then on monday she said the matter was now send to HR. We also provided our banking details with a copy of my husband's id. Today the story was that HR wanted a full bank statement which we refused as they had all the information they neede to refund us. The banking slips cleary showed that the transaction was approved . Is this now the new **** taking money from customers or are they busy with *****?
