KFC

With the KFC 50/50 special I placed and order on the 7th Dec 2020 during the day, with pick up at steeldale KFC before 7:30pm I arrived before 6pm and they were closed with no warning, I tried to call KFC Meyersdale to maybe arrange pick up there but no answer from them as well, what a waste of time and effort, I then proceeded to send KFC an email that day addressing my concerns and there has yet to be a reply addressing the issue 11 days without a word from KFC I am so disappointed with the lack of service and I won't be going back there, the lack of customer service and care is disappointing
