KFC customer service sucks

Ordered 4 wings, small pops and a boxmaster from KFC Kabega park today and all of it was *** old. It was all dry and ancient. And, since the last customer agent called me a **** because I didn't hang onto 6 hour old chicken, I've now kept it.

I'm not happy that it was imp**** that I'm lying because I didn't hold onto ancient chicken. I'm also not happy that I always get ****py chicken from Kabega park KFC.

Weirdly enough, even if I ask for fresh chicken from any KFC, I never get it - even if I'm willing to wait.

The worst part is that I've complained numerous times and never wanted a refund and the one time I did (yesterday) I couldn't because you wanted "proof" that I hadn't eaten ancient chicken that they knew was old.

Great, so I ordered this food and I now have to hang on to it for hours before I even get a response from you people. So, you're basically calling your customers ***** while setting unrealistic expectations for them to fulfill to prove that they're not *****.
