KFC customer service is terrible

I am unterley dissapointed at the customer service I got from KFC . I ordered kfc for my family every 2 weeks as a treat. This week Saturday the normal order was placed. We could not eat it at all. It was rubbery had no seasoning they did not even put seasoning in the bag. Instead of my 3 mini loaves the sent me already cut hamburger buns , stale mind you. Through it out and made toasted cheese sandwiches . Then I get a message from KFC saying I must contact Mr D with my query . Really so Mr D made the chicken ?????hemmingways KFC East London. Terribly dissapointed what a waiste of my money and time.
