KFC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

KFC SA customer service is by far the worst. I complained about the size of the patty in my colonel burger which was at most 5cm on the longest side and a triangle and didn't even cover most of the bun. I ate the burger as it was bought through drive through and I was definitely not driving back there. And all they can do is apologize and escalate to the store with nothing else being done about it. No partial refund or voucher, nothing, yet I paid full price for half a patty in essence, because that is what their taste guarantee policy allows. Customer service at KFC should not exist if all they can do is apologise. Never seen worse customer service than this before..
