KFC customer service is disgusting

I had a very bad experience with the food at kfc, tweeted kfc over 2 months ago to which they responded that I should dm them my contact details to which I did and no one contacted me, I’ve then DM’d and tweeted several time to which there was no response, their service is appalling!
