KFC - Customer Service has gone down

I have had the worst service by KFC in years, the service delivery has really gone down over the years.

I am not a person that likes to give ad reviews, normally I just let it slide, but someone needs to see this and fix it.

Firstly, I went to KFC Okovango on New Years day. We stood n the queue for almost half an hour, just to come to the collection point and to receive the wrong order. We then placed the correct order, and waited yet another 10 minutes, when I got home, the chips was so greasy I could not even eat it, and the chicken pieces looked almost as if someone had taken a bite from it and put it in our take away container. I still have the pictures as proof, and my boyfriends burger did not have cheese on.

After a while of not buying KFC, we took another chance at the Grandwest Casino branch after a show. We stood in the line for almost 20 minutes, and everyone got their rders before ours, and each time we asked what is the hold up, they just stare at you and cannot give you an answer. It ended up being the zinger patty that takes long, but there is no customer service at all, even the manager did not even say sorry, she just give you a glance. The Boxmaster was also very dry - Pathetic service!!!!
