Kfc customer service

About more than a month ago i placed an order on the kfc app , they took the money from my account and then when i called they said they did not receive the order , i then pla ed another order and paid again as instructed by the kfc staff member because she said my money will be refunded within 7 days

I have called 5 weeks on one and never get or gotten any feedback whatsoever, they dknt make ckntact all that im told is that they will find out and contact me , no contact made at all

Im fed up of **** service already!!
